Cards #1 in the Polls

As of today the Louisville Cardinals are ranked #1 in the nation for only the 2nd time in school history. This is the first time the Cardinals have reached #1 since the 08-09 season and will be the first time the Cards have done this during the regular season. Even though the team is now ranked #1 the road does not get any easier. Tonight the Cards will take that ranking up to play a very talented UConn team and Saturday will bring in top 10 Syracuse. So be excited CardNation; the Cards are really good this year and while there is no need to get anything like this printed:

(Only Elite programs do that) there is plenty of reason to celebrate and realize that It’s great to be a Louisville Cardinal! Nelly take us out.
