3-star RB Matt Colburn commits to Louisville

Matt Colburn

The Cards picked up their 8th commitment for the 2015 class today when Matt Colburn gave his pledge. The 3-star running back (on Rivals) is from Irmo, South Carolina and is 5’8 and 186 lbs. He attended camp at Louisville in early June and got an offer after that.

He is the second running back commit in the class, joining James Allen.

In 2013, Colburn rushed for 2,488 yards and 40 touchdowns. He had 3,022 total yards and 42 touchdowns. He set the Dutch Fork High School record for career rushing touchdowns with 64, and obviously he will add on to that in his senior season.
