The University of Louisville baseball team will open the NCAA Tournament as the second seed in the Lubbock Regional, announced during today’s NCAA Selection Show.
Before Coach Dan McDonnell took over as head coach of the Cards, UofL Baseball had made the NCAA Tournament only 1 time in its history. Since McDonnell arrived, the Cards have now made the tournament 5 times in 6 seasons, and he has a record of 256-126 in those 6 seasons.
