By Justin Renck: Another awesome finish in the Louisville-Marquette series happened on February 17, 2005. The 3rd ranked Cards trailed by 11 to unranked Marquette with 5:38 left in the game. After trailing 61-50, Louisville put the clamps on and Marquette did not score the rest of the game.
By Justin Renck: February 15, 2003 was one of the best games in the Louisville-Marquette series. The game was played in Milwaukee, WI at the BMO Harris Bradley Center. The Cards entered the game ranked 2nd in the country, and Marquette was ranked 11th.
