UofL Interim President Dr. Greg Postel’s letter to Tom Jurich announcing his paid suspension was released publicly today.
In it, it details the reasons for the suspension. One obvious reason was his failure to monitor Rick Pitino. Another interesting reason listed by Postel was Jurich’s negotiation of the new Adidas sponsorship deal without the consultation of Postel or the Board of Trustees.
