Former UofL QB Kyle Bolin is getting a shot at his NFL dream with the Philadelphia Eagles.

Kyle was invited by the Eagles to try out at their rookie mini camp according to his QB training coach Tony Racioppi. It’ll give him a chance to get his name and game noticed not just by Philly, but potentially by other teams.

So, yet another former Card has an opportunity to make an NFL roster. We are hoping he can make it as should every Card fan.

Bolin was a model citizen and a good QB here at UofL. His leadership shown through his play on the field as well as in his mentoring of a young Lamar Jackson. He spent last year at Rutgers as a grad transfer.

Bolin will always be remembered here in Louisville as the architect of a great comeback against UK in 2014. He came off the bench and threw for 381 yards and 3 TDs in a 44-40 win at Papa John’s Cardinal Stadium.

All of us at Cardinal Sports Zone are wishing all the best to Kyle Bolin in his attempt to make his dream come true.
