The ongoing preseason video series giving an inside look at the Louisville men’s basketball program was released. As always, the behind the scenes glimpses of how the program operates are not just fun, but informative.
It opens with Coach Mack and various players discussing the work being put in, especially on the defensive end. Next, Malik Williams and Jarrod West are featured as they discuss being elected this season‘s team captains. The video then moves on to the weight room and the hard –earned games of the team in there. Finally, it ends with the mile times and conditioning the team has done to make sure they are in top condition for the beginning of the season.
Check it out, because it’s quite interesting to see the physical transformation of some individual players and what is currently happening within the program.
