After a stellar performance on Saturday against Syracuse, University of Louisville wide receiver Ahmari Huggins-Bruce was named ACC Co-Rookie of the Week along with Florida State cornerback Omarion Cooper. The true freshman recorded six catches for 54 yards and two touchdowns in a 41-3 victory over the Orange on Saturday afternoon at Cardinal Stadium.

On the season, Huggins-Bruce has 19 receptions for 314 yards, and has found the end zone three times. The game against Syracuse was his best performance to date, and the Dillon, SC native looks to carry that momentum over into the matchup against Duke on Thursday evening.
