Lamar Jackson Is A Baltimore Raven

Lamar Jackson, possibly the greatest football player to ever don a UofL Football uniform, was drafted 32nd overall by the Baltimore Ravens tonight.

The former Heisman winner was electric as a college player. He was the first player in college football’s long history to pass for 3,000 yards and rush for 1,000 yards in back to back seasons. Lamar has the arm strength to make every throw a QB needs to make combined with unreal agility, quickness, speed, and running ability.

Baltimore has Marty Mornhinweg as their OC. He was OC in Philadelphia when Michael Vick had arguably his best years as an NFL QB.

Joe Flacco may also be on his way out after this year, allowing Lamar to learn for a year before taking the reigns.

Lamar appears to have found a perfect fit with the Ravens and he appears he’s ready to prove his doubters wrong.

Congrats from Cardinal Sports Zone, the UofL fans, and Coach Bobby Petrino to the great Lamar Jackson! We are happy for you and wish you the best.

Here are some interviews Lamar did just after having his name called as well as they official draft card for Lamar from the Ravens.
