Louisville City FC scored in the 88th minute to win the USL championship! Cardinal Forever, Paolo DelPiccolo was named the MVP of the match to top off the great evening. Congratulations to our neighbors up the road!
Three members of the UofL men’s soccer team earned all ACC honors for this season’s hard work. Senior Tim Kubel was named to the All ACC first team with junior Tate Schmitt and senior Mohamed Thiaw were named to the All ACC second team. Congratulations to these three student-athletes on this achievement.
The University of Louisville men’s soccer team starts their road to the ACC Championship today. They will take on Virginia at 1 PM at Lynn Stadium in their first game of the ACC Championship in the quarterfinals. Tickets are available at the gate! Enjoy your Sunday at the stadium.

They clinched the 3 seed in the ACC Tournament and will play this Sunday at 1 PM at Lynn Stadium (opponent to be determined). They also made a climb in the RPI Rankings to finish out the regular season. Make sure to get out and support the team this weekend! On Monday night, the 7th ranked UofL men’s soccer team finished off their exhibition schedule by defeating Lipscomb by a score of 4-0. It was their first game at Cardinal Park this season, and they did not disappoint. The Cards finished the preseason 3-0, and will open the regular season this Sunday at Maryland.
The 7th ranked Louisville Cardinals men’s soccer team will conclude their exhibition season tonight when they take on Lipscomb at Cardinal Park. The game starts at 7 pm and admission is free!
UofL beat UAB 4-3 and beat Wisconsin 1-0 in their other 2 exhibition matches so far. After tonight’s exhibition match, they will begin the regular season on Sunday at Maryland!
