The Utah Jazz are making a bid to become every UofL fan’s favorite NBA team. Tonight, the Jazz announced the signing of Trey Lewis to a contract. Details of the deal were not disclosed.
Lewis became beloved by UofL fans after his single season here as a graduate transfer. He was known for his smile and positive attitude along with fellow graduate transfer and teammate Damion Lee.
Cardinal Forever, Eli Rogers is staying in the steel city. After testing the free agency water, it was announced today that Rogers has signed a one-year deal with the Steelers.

Over the weekend, Montrezl Harrell, agreed to a two year deal with the Los Angeles Clippers. Congratulations to Trezl and keep up the hard work!

Chris Mack promised at his opening press conference, there would no longer be “eras” when it came to UofL basketball. Three months on the job, and he has already shown how determined he is to keep that promise. The 2013 National Championship team held their 5 year celebration on Friday night and the former players talked about how Mack has gone above and beyond to make them feel welcomed on campus and in the program.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - For the third straight season, the University of Louisville baseball team had eight players selected in the Major League Baseball First-Year Player Draft as five Cardinals were chosen on the final day of the 2018 edition Wednesday afternoon.
Junior righthanded pitcher Riley Thompson was selected in the 11th round (338th overall) by the Chicago Cubs, junior righty Sam Bordner went in the 16th round (477th overall) to the Miami Marlins and junior righthander Liam Jenkins was taken in the 17th round (523rd overall) by the Cleveland Indians. Graduate righthanded pitcher Austin Conway was selected in the 31st round (918th overall) by the Chicago White Sox and junior righty Bryan Hoeing went in the 36th round (1,066th overall) to the San Francisco Giants.
Adam Wolf was drafted by the Detroit Tigers in the 5th round as the number 135th overall pick. Congratulations to Adam and his family!
Devin Mann was drafted by the Los Angeles Dodgers in the 5th Round as the number 164 overall pick. Congratulations to Devin and his family!
