It what has been an eventful past week for the program, Louisville came out on Sunday afternoon and did what should be expected of them. The Cards led the majority of the way en route to a 22-point victory against a middling Pepperdine team.
While a coaching change seems imminent at this point, Kenny Payne has seemingly bought himself enough time to remain the head coach for another week. As always, the performance we saw on Sunday should be the expectation moving forward.
