Shack in the Back BBQ
Shack in the Back BBQ was established in September of 2006. Located in the heart of Fairdale, KY in an old log home that was built in 1896. We offer several slow smoked to perfection meats such as pulled pork, beef brisket and baby back ribs. We pride ourselves as being the home of the famous Turkey Rib. It is an all white meat rib that we sprinkle our home made rub on then smoke on our old fashioned, block pit smokers.
Our side dishes are all house made and we peel over 100 lbs. of potatoes for Nanny’s potato salad daily. We offer dine in, carry out and drive thru service. Our catering staff provides full service catering for corporate events, reunion and weddings.
