
Former University of Louisville head coach Rick Pitino has filed a federal lawsuit against Adidas.
The lawsuit alleges that Pitino was damaged by the company’s “outrageous conduct in conspiring to funnel money to the family of a basketball recruit.”
Pitino maintains his innocence in the matter claiming the he was not aware of the matter.
The suit was filed in U.S. District Court in Louisville.
