The 6’3 184 lbs Harris, a one-time Tennessee Volunteer commit, is ranked the number 111 WR in the nation and the 68th best player in the talent rich state of GA per 247 Sports composite rankings.
Besides the schools listed above, Harris had offers from Miami (FL), Michigan State, NC State, and Florida among others.
Despite the fact UofL seems to have a glut of WRs, Harris would be a great get due to his versatility. He plays a multitude of positions besides WR though WR is likely his best position. CB, Nickel CB, and S are the other positions he plays and he is adept at all of them from what I have seen. He is a dangerous kick and punt returner as well.
His recruitment is worth keeping an eye on Cards fans. Here is a highlight video, courtesy of Hudl, from his junior season to give you an idea of why UofL wants him.
