Louisville vs Boston College: Cards Push Win Streak to 4

Despite nearly entirely losing an 18-point lead late in the game, Louisville was able to close out Boston College 77-69 (I predicted 78-69 FYI).

Louisville was in a tight game for the entire first half and took control throughout second half. The Cards led by as many as 18, but allowed a tenacious comeback late in the game when Boston College cut the lead all the way down to 2. Louisville hit their free throws and iced the game, the drama was just for the fan experience (better to think of it that way).Louisville was led by Deng Adel with 18 points and 10 rebounds. Adel struggled the entire first half, but took over the game in the 2nd. VJ King had 15 points and was an impressive 8-8 from the free throw line. Jordan Nwora kept the Cards in the game in the first half with his scoring and finished with 15 points and 5 rebounds off the bench. Malik Williams also added 10 points and 5 rebounds. All things considered, the blown lead doesn’t mean anything since the Cards got the win. Louisville extended their win streak to 4 and continued their hot start in the ACC. Up next, Louisville travels to Miami for a Wednesday night game at 8pm on ESPN2. Go Cards!
