Carter, Fuehring and Jones Named To All-ACC Women’s Basketball Academic Team
Arica Carter, San Fuehring and Jazmine Jones have been named to the All-ACC Women’s Basketball Academic Team.
To qualify, the student-athlete much have earned a 3.0 GPA for the previous semester and a 3.0 cumulative GPA during ones academic career.
Redshirt junior, Arica Carter had a 3.85 GPA last semester and is maintaining a 3.35 cumulative GPA. The Los Angelos native graduated in the fall with a degree in exercise science and is now pursuit a psychology degree. Carter was named Dean’s List and AD Honor Roll in the fall, a 2017-18 Red & Black Scholae Athlete and a 2018 Arthur Ashe Jr. Sports Scholar nominee.
A sports administration major and communication minor, Sam Fuehring obtained a 3.564 GPA last semester and has earned a cumulative 3.32 GPA. Fuehring was named Dean’s List and AD Honor Roll in the fall and a 2017-18 Red & Black Scholar Athlete.
Sophomore Jazmine Jones, a criminal justice major, obtained a 3.169 GPA last semester, while maintaining an overall 3.089 GPA. Jones was named AD Honor Roll in the fall and a 2017-18 Red & Black Scholar Athlete.
