Tonight’s after practice pressers featured the defensive side of the ball for UofL Football. Defensive Coordinator and Cornerbacks Coach Bryan Brown, Outside Linebacker Nick Okeke, and Safety Jack Fagot all met with the media and fielded some questions.
Coach Brown discusses the intensity level of the team during practice now that game week has arrived, the challenges the Notre Dame offense and their QB Ian Book will give his defense, and the excitement of the coaches and team for this first game and the season.
Nick Okeke gives his thoughts on myriad of topics including what he thinks of the Notre Dame offense and QB Ian Book, if the team is giving the effort that Coach Satterfield demands, and the team’s mentality going up against a top 10 team as a huge underdog.
Jack Fagot discusses earning a scholarship and what that means to him, the excitement of facing a top 10 team in Notre Dame, and what he thinks of Ian Book.
