Remember when UofL Football had the All Access show on the ACC Network on the eve of the football season? Well, not to be outdone, Louisville Men’s Basketball released a version of their own tonight. It is called,”The Preseason,” and this is part 1. In the 8 minute video, we get a small glimpse of what Team 106 is doing to prepare for the season and what Coach Mack’s message is for the team.
The motto appears to be, “Finish.” We see Coach Mack showing the entire team videos of losses last year and then preaching to them about finishing games this coming year.
We also see the announcement of the team captains Malik Williams, Dwayne Sutton, and Ryan McMahon, the workouts with strength coach Andy Kettler, some of the team workouts over the summer, and we get individual players sitting down and talking to the camera about various subjects.
This is such a cool behind the scenes look at the program and just another example of how the social media arms of the basketball program and the athletic department are absolutely killing it with social media content. Check out the video by clicking on the tweet below for part 1.
We can’t know where we’re going without knowing where we’ve been.
