Uniform Report: Louisville Vs Syracuse

Louisville Football goes from a dismal 2-10 season to a bowl the very next season. The Cards have been a very fun team to watch. Despite being bowl eligible, they still have some business to attend to. This Saturday the Cards play their final home game and final ACC game of this season when Syracuse comes to town.

So, what will our beloved Cards be decked out in on Senior Day at Cardinal Stadium? They’re debuting a uni combo we have yet to see this season: All Red Everything!

This is a uniform combo that I have been clamoring for all season long and it is as gorgeous as I imagined it would be.

Of course, let us start with the helmet. It’s the same red helmet we have enjoyed all season. The helmet is red with a red facemask and a red Cardinal head outlined in white. The finish is a standard finish, not matte or chrome.

The jersey is the standard red jersey with white lettering and numbers outlined in black. The sleeves have the red wings outlined in white and black. A white Adidas logo patch is on the upper left front of the jersey while on the upper right front is the ACC football logo patch and the College Football 150 patch.

The pants are red with a white old English L that is outlined in black. The cleats are red with 3 white stripes and a white Adidas logo. The socks are red with a white Adidas logo.

Arm sleeves, sweat bands, and gloves are all red. The arm sleeves and sweatbands have a white Adidas logo. The gloves, when held together, have a white Old English L outlined in black that is like the L on the pants.

This uni combo is as sweet as any of the ones we have worn all year. The Cards will look absolutely awesome as they take the field at 4 pm looking to secure second place in the ACC Atlantic Division, a 7th win, and better bowl positioning.

Let’s send the seniors out in style with a great look and a big win Saturday.
