Louisville Football Holds Virtual Kickoff Luncheon

Louisville Football had its kickoff luncheon today. It was unlike any other before it as it was held virtually. This was, of course, due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic that continues to rage on.

It opened with Louisville Legend Eric Wood making the introduction. Then we had an awesome highlight package of the excellent first season under Head Coach Scott Satterfield. Of course, the highlight culminated in the locker room after the Music City Bowl win.

Next, Athletic Director Vince Tyra spoke. He mentioned a plan to have fans in the stands. The plan was unveiled later in the day with around 18,000 fans being allowed access to the stadium on game days. He then spoke about the team and about Scott Satterfield and his staff. Leadership was a word he emphasized when speaking about Coach Satt. He then introduced a highlight package of the work the players and staff have been doing in preparation for the upcoming season.

Eric Wood then returns to interview WR Dez Fitzpatrick and LB Dorian Etheridge. They speak about the unique story off-season and what it has been like operating in this pandemic era. After this interview wraps up, he speaks with Coach Satt about football and coaching a team in such trying times.
