It’s available for purchase on the Adidas web site which is linked in the tweet above. However, the shoe has a special purpose. The shoe is being referred to as, “A Shoe for Change,” because the first $200,000 in sales will go to scholarship funds and other academic initiatives for current and future black students at Louisville. Donovan teamed not only with Adidas and UofL to get this done, but with another Cardinal legend, Angel McCoughtry.
The shoes are a red and black colorway. It will feature “The Ville” written on the back of the shoe and the Dunking Cardinal logo on the sole.
