With the 2021 season starting on Friday against Bellarmine, Louisville Baseball has announced their attendance plan for games at Jim Patterson Stadium.
To start the season, Jim Patterson Stadium will have a reduced capacity of 20-percent. With a listed capacity of 4,000 chairback seats, that would mean approximately 1,000 fans would be allowed at events taking place there.
The 18 ACC games scheduled at Jim Patterson Stadium, as well as the rivalry games against Kentucky and Vanderbilt, are the only ticketed events on Louisville Baseball’s schedule. All other non-conference games are free admission.
As for the ticketed events, season ticket holders are given priority to select one of two partial season ticket packages. General public ticket sales for the 20 ticketed home games will be made available, if there are any leftover after the season ticket holders have had their opportunity to purchase. Free admission for non-ticketed games will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Student tickets for the ticketed games will be available in limited quantity, one hour before first pitch with a valid student ID.
