Dana Evans Teleconference

Dana spoke on the excitement of winning back to back ACC POY awards:

Spoke about her motivation for this year’s ACC Tournament:

“Yes, I am a little bit more motivated just because how things ended with our season last year. We fell short and I haven’t won an ACC tournament championship since my freshman year. I ready to show some people that we deserve to be a higher seed and that we’re a better team than we’ve shown in the past few games.”

On the January grind:

“I think it has prepared us mentally to be able to bounce back a game. It’s quick turnarounds now, the ACC tournament is 3 games in 3 days. So we can’t worry about how we played or anything except for winning because the next game is just important as the one the day before.”
