The Cardinal Caravan was a wonderful community event that had Cardinal Athletics travel around the city just as fall sports began. It was an opportunity to allow fans to have some fun and allow the Cardinal Athletics to connect with their fans on a more personal level. The pandemic took it away from us in 2020, but it’s back in 2021.

The Cardinal Caravan, for now, is scheduled to take place at one location: Captain’s Quarters in Prospect. The event will be held Tuesday, August 24th at 6:30 pm. The event will be held outside and is free to attend. There will be numerous activities including a Q&A session with multiple UofL coaches, including head football and men’s basketball coaches Scott Satterfield and Chris Mack. There will be food and drink available to purchase there and Captain’s Quarters dining area will be open if you want to head inside and grab some grub.
If you’re free on Tuesday, August 24th, head on out to Captain’s Quarters to celebrate the upcoming 2021-2022 sports season. Cardinal Caravan is back and should be better than ever.

Satterfield, Mack Highlight Captain’s Quarters Event
LOUISVILLE, Ky. — University of Louisville coaches, student-athletes, spirit groups and athletic staff members will interact with UofL fans at the Cardinal Caravan on Tuesday, Aug. 24 at 6:30 p.m. at Captain’s Quarters Riverside Grille.
The free event will include raffle prizes, photo opportunities, and a question and answer session featuring multiple UofL head coaches, including head football coach Scott Satterfield and men’s basketball coach Chris Mack. Football schedule posters and fall sports schedule cards will be provided. Food and beverages will be available for purchase at the site, as well as dining in the restaurant.
