The video is so much fun. Seeing Coach Satt passionately make the announcement and then the entire team erupt in joy was great. Watching as individual teammates and coaches congratulated Puryear was awesome as well. The fact itβs a hometown guy is icing on the cake.
Puryear is a redshirt freshman for the Cards. He played in 10 games in the covid-shortened 2029 season. During his playing time, he recorded 8 tackles and 1.5 tackles for loss. By all accounts, he has had an amazing camp and will be a big time contributor this season and beyond.
Congrats to Ramon Puryear of the Ville. Go Cards!
