The recruitment of defensive lineman Selah Brown, the local star out of Male High School, has been an interesting one to say the least. With offers from schools like Stanford, Tennessee, Mizzou, Illinois, Northwestern, and UK, Selah has had eyes on him all around the country for quite some time now. Today, he cut his list of schools down to 3, with a possible commitment on the horizon, as he also announced a decision was coming βsoonβ.

Needless to say, UofL being in Brown’s top 3 is big news. Brown is a big time prospect at a position of need for the Cards. He comes from a school that has produced some of the greatest players in the history of the program such as Chris Redman and Michael Bush. Louisville is looking to make Brown the next Male High alum to become a UofL great. They now have a good shot.
