Held annually since 2001 in Minute Maid Park (home of the MLB’s Houston Astros), this is the first time that Louisville has been invited to one of college baseball’s premier tournaments. Louisville will be joined by Texas A&M, Rice, and Texas Tech. TCU and Michigan also join Louisville in the tournament, both of whom the Cardinals will play this coming week in Jim Patterson Stadium.
