Former Card Mason Faulkner will remain in the Commonwealth of Kentucky for his next career. He moves from the court to the bench as he has been named as an assistant coach for the Campbellsville University Tigers in Campbellsville, KY.

Faulkner played one season for UofL and was second on the team in assists with 2.6 apg. He also scored 4.6 ppg for the Cards. His best game as a Card was an 11-point, 4-rebound, 5-assist game against Wake Forest.
Faulkner is a KY native, having played at Caverna High School. He spent two seasons playing at Northern Kentucky before moving to Western Carolina. Now he stays home and will begin a new career in the coaching ranks.
