Louisville men’s basketball is working to schedule Indiana sometime in the near future. Peegs.com’s Jeff Rabjohns reported the following:
Indiana basketball coach Mike Woodson said he is talking to Kenny Payne about IU and Louisville playing, and that the Louisville AD promised a game within two years. #iubb @jdemling

IU Coach Mike Woodson is saying that the rivalry could be renewed very soon. It appears pretty much certain in 2 years UofL and IU will play each other. That’s good news for the area.
It’s also good news that two head coaches that were formerly together on an NBA staff maintain a cordial relationship and are looking to renew a local rivalry. I hope IU is added this year because that could be a very fun game.
