Cunningham rushed for 3184 career yards and passed for 9664 career yards. He accounted for 120 total touchdowns in his career which included 70 passing TDs and 50 rushing TDs. His career rushing TDs are tied with Lamar Jackson for first all time at UofL. His passing TDs are ranked fifth all time.
Whenever Malik stepped on the field he truly gave his all for the Ville. He ran with vigor and did everything he could to make plays for his team. You could never ever doubt that Malik Cunningham laid his heart on the line every game. Now, he begins his journey to the NFL Draft where he seeks to join the likes of Lamar Jackson, Teddy Bridgewater, Devante Parker, Jaire Alexander, Mekhi Becton, and others. Hopefully, he gets to live out his dream as we here in Louisville appreciate his Cardinal career and watch his career beyond.
