The Louisville volleyball team has a chance to make history in a couple of different ways on Saturday. With a win, the Cardinals would be the first ACC team to ever win a national championship, and Dani Busboom Kelly would become the first female head coach to win a national volleyball title. Louisville has never played in the final game until this season and is the first ACC program to do so as well. Only one team stands in the way, Texas. Overview: The top-ranked Longhorns come into the match with the nation’s most efficient offense, swinging at a .339 clip. Texas’ only loss of the season came on the road against Iowa State back in October. The program is looking for its first national championship since 2012; the Longhorns have fallen short in the last five Final Four appearances.
