On Wednesday Evening, Louisville football and Coach Jeff Brohm received some AMAZING News! Junior Defensive End Ashton Gillotte is returning for his senior season in 2024.
Ashton is coming off a GREAT Junior season. He was runner up for ACC Defensive Player of the Year this season with 11 sacks. He also was named a second team All-American by some publications.
Gillotte will anchor a defense looking to continue its growth. It’s a huge return because he is as spectacular as he is consistent while also being a known commodity. This is just tremendous news for UofL’s chances at making a repeat appearance in the ACC title game.
