#20 Louisville (33-15) pulled out a 5-4 win over #10 Vanderbilt (34-15) in the annual Battle of the Barrel.

Lucas Moore led the Cardinals with a 2-for-4 evening at the plate, with three RBIs and a stolen base. Alex Alicea (1-for-3, RBI), Tague Davis (1-for-3, RBI), Jake Munroe (1-for-4, 2B), and Kamau Neighbors (1-for-2) added base hits, with Tucker Biven earning his third win on the mound this season.

The Cardinals used eight pitchers in the game; Justin West (1.1 IP, 2 K), Eli Hoyt (1.0 IP, H, 2 K), Ty Starke (1.0 IP), Wyatt Danilowicz (1.0 IP, 3 K), and Jake Schweitzer (1.0 IP, K) all had shutout appearances, with Schweitzer getting his second save of the 2025 season.
