LOUISVILLE, Ky. – University of Louisville football head coach Jeff Brohm was named to the preseason watch list for the 2026 Dodd Trophy announced on Thursday by the Bobby Dodd Coach of the Year Foundation and Peach Bowl, Inc.
Brohm was one of 20 coaches nationally and one of three in the ACC named to the preseason watch list.
This year’s watch list was created through a selection process by the Bobby Dodd Coach of the Year Foundation and Peach Bowl, Inc. taking into consideration each program’s Academic Progress Rate (APR), Graduation Success Rate (GSR), commitment to service and charity in the community, as well as projected success for the 2026 season.
Brohm enters his fourth season at the helm of the Louisville program in 2026. The Cardinals are 28-12 through three seasons under his leadership.
Louisville has won at least nine games in each of Brohm’s three seasons, one of only two ACC programs to win nine or more the last three years.
Brohm will lead the Cardinals onto the field for the first time in 2026 on Sunday, Sept. 6 against Ole Miss at Nissan Stadium in Nashville, Tenn.
