Per University Of Louisville Sports Release:

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – University of Louisville defensive end Tyler Thompson was named the Atlantic Coast Conference Defensive Lineman of the Week announced by the league on Monday.

Thompson earned the weekly honor following a standout performance in Louisville’s 34-26 victory at Syracuse on Saturday night.

The senior racked up three tackles-for-loss, including a pair of sacks, as part of a five-tackle night in the win. The three TFLs matched a career high for Thompson, while it was his third career multi-sack game and first at Louisville.
