The #16th ranked University of Louisville Men’s Soccer were on a 2 game losing streak so they needed to come out Sunday and put CSU Bakersfield away early to get some of their mojo back. They did the most logical thing one can think of when you have lost two in a row..be down 2-0 at halftime. That would change quick. After a quick 50 seconds into the second half, the Cards got loose after Ockford scored a goal and 13 minutes later Ivan Gutierrez evened the score at 2 with his first career goal. Scoring cooled down for awhile until Zack Foxhoven scored the game winner 85 minutes in and Marlon Hairston added an insurance goal 88:59 in by knocking one in from deep right side. The Cards go to Orlando for their Athletic Conference opener at UCF on Saturday at 7 p.m., ET.
