We now know what three members of the Louisville football team plan to do for next season. Calvin Pryor will declare for the NFL draft, while Lorenzo Mauldin and Dominique Brown will return to school.
Pryor is a junior from Port Saint Joe, Florida and is known as the hardest hitting player on the team. He had 71 tackles this season along with 3 interceptions. He recorded 6 tackles against Miami in the Russell Athletic Bowl.
Lorenzo Mauldin is a junior from Atlanta, Georgia. He had 42 tackles and 9.5 sacks this season. His return will be huge for a defensive line that is losing Marcus Smith, Brandon Dunn, and Roy Philon.
After talking with coaches and others I've decided not to declare for the 2014 draft and continue to play at the University Of Louisville.

Dominique Brown‘s return will give the Cards stability at the running back position. Corvin Lamb will be coming off ACL surgery and we are not sure yet about Michael Dyer for next season. Brandon Radcliff has all the tools to be a playmaker for the Cards, but having Brown back gives that group an instant leader. He rushed for 825 yards this season and had 8 rushing touchdowns and 1 receiving touchdown.
