With the schedule that Ballard High School plays, it is hard to go watch them in person because of all the traveling they do and playing games out of town. So for those that want to see future Louisville point guard Quentin Snider, the opportunity has been there this week at Valley High School in the Republic Bank LIT (Louisville Invitational Tournament).
After defeating KCD on Wednesday, #1 ranked Ballard will face #14 ranked Doss in the quarterfinals on Friday night at 8:30 p.m. If they win, they will face the winner of #5 Trinity and #10 Iroquois. Trinity has a junior big man named Raymond Spalding, who is potentially a UofL target. That game would be Saturday morning at 11:30 a.m.
So if you want to check out the hometown kid who is signed with the Cards, head on out to Valley High School tonight. Tickets are $8 at the door.
