Simon is from Temecula, California and is listed at 6’4 or 6’5 and anywhere between 180-190 lbs (different sites have different measurements). Here is his player evaluation from scout.com:

At 6-5, Simon has wide shoulders and a lengthy set of arms. He’s been measured with a 6-11 wing span. Simon plays on the ball and is effective in that role. He sees the floor well and is a good passer. Defensively he’s able to guard three positions and is a menace as an on the ball defender. Simon is also a very good rebounder from the guard position. The next step in his development is developing his long-range shot.

He also has offers from Arizona, Creighton, San Diego State, UCLA, Oregon, USC, and many more.
