Justin Simon, who Scout.com ranks as the top point guard in the class of 2015, has narrowed his list to 10 and Louisville has made the cut. Simon is 6’5 from Temecula, California.

On Monday night, Simon tweeted that his top 10 are (alphabetical order): Arizona, Colorado, Creighton, Kansas, Louisville, New Mexico, San Diego State, Santa Clara, USC, and Washington.

Here is his player evaluation from scout.com:

At 6-5, Simon has wide shoulders and a lengthy set of arms. He’s been measured with a 6-11 wing span. Simon plays on the ball and is effective in that role. He sees the floor well and is a good passer. Defensively he’s able to guard three positions and is a menace as an on the ball defender. Simon is also a very good rebounder from the guard position. The next step in his development is developing his long-range shot.
