As you probably know by now, all 14 of this year’s spring football practices are open to the public. There are only a few more chances to see the Cards before next Friday’s Spring Game. A few days ago, I posted 5 reasons why you should attend an open football practice.
There are two this weekend, today (Friday) and tomorrow. Today’s is at 4:00 pm and tomorrow’s time has not been announced, but the Saturday practices usually start around 10:00 a.m.. With the weather being how it is, I’d expect today’s to be in the Trager Center.
New cornerbacks coach Terrell Buckley has a request for the fans. He sent this on Thursday so “tomorrow” means Friday.
Huge day tomorrow in #theVille with the 2014 Junior Day! Got some real talent coming to Louisville! Fans we need you at practice!! #ACCards

Junior days are big for recruiting, and especially with this new staff. They have hit the ground running since they were hired, and they are still trying to catch up on the recruiting trail. While they normally would have already been recruiting juniors, they had to come in and try to keep the recruiting class in tact and bring in some other seniors. So now that that part is over, they can focus on getting some juniors to take a look at UofL.
So if you can make it out to a practice this weekend, I encourage you to do so. Even without Coach Buckley’s request, I already gave you 5 incredible (maybe not) reasons to be out there.
Go Cards!
