Be sure to check out CardinalSportsZone.com over the next few weeks to keep up with how the former Cards are doing in the NBA Summer Leagues. When all the games are done for the day (with former Cards in them), we will update you on how they did for that day.
Tuesday saw only one former Card in action, as Peyton Siva and the Pistons beat the Miami Heat 80-78. After two great games to start the summer, this one was cut short. He played 12:38 but left the game with a sore hamstring and did not return. He finished with 2 points, 2 assists, and 1 rebound with 1 turnover. He shot 0-3 from the field, including 0-1 from 3-point and was 2-2 from the foul line.
The Pistons are back in action Wednesday evening as they take on the Celtics at 7:00 pm ET on NBA TV. Hopefully Siva is better and can play in this one.
