247 Sports just updated their rankings for basketball recruits in the class of 2015. The Louisville Cardinals have all 3 of their commits in the top 30 overall.
Raymond Spalding made the biggest leap of any of the future Cards, jumping up 59 spots from #80 to #21 overall. He also was upgraded to a 5-star player. He was previously a 4-star.
Donovan Mitchell isn’t far behind him, coming in at #28 overall. He was previously #81. Like Spalding, Mitchell also has been upgraded to a 5-star player.
Deng Adel is now a 4-star. He was previously a 5-star, but his overall ranking still improved from #43 to #32.
Other Louisville targets of note:
#12 Dwayne Bacon – 5*
#14 Antonio Blakeney – 5*
#23 Perry Dozier – 5*
#42 Prince Ali – 4*
It would be nice now if 247 updates the conference for Louisville. They are still # 1 in the AAC recruiting rankings. Makes me question the reliability of their data.
