Carlton Bragg is one of the top prospects in the 2015 class. He announced his college decision on Thursday afternoon. The hat he put on did not match his words. He put on a Kansas hat but said that he was going to Kentucky, then he corrected himself. Well done, Carlton. I approve of the troll job!
