Here are some updates from around CardNation:
-Earlier this week the UofL Football roster was updated. 2 notable things from these updates are the absence of Tim Cook and Terry Ramsey. Tim Cook,a JUCO RB, was not able to get all of his classes to transfer. Ramsey has left the program. Another notable change was that Cornelius Sturgill has been moved to DB.
-Coach P announced that the team is bringing back the Rally beards. I am just as superstitious as the next so I say go for it.
-There will also be a White-out and Red-out game on the horizon. Click here for more details.
-The Women’s Basketball team will hold it’s annual alumnae game Feb 8 after its game with Pitt. Any former Cards interested can contact Coach Samantha Williams at Samantha@GoCards.com
-In about 45 minutes we will give away a pair of tickets to see UL Women’s Basketball take on the Syracuse Orange on 1/29
-On the recruiting front, The Cards were in on Tuesday to see the 10th ranked player in the country for 2016, Abdul Ado.
-It looks like the Cards are 1 of about 4 teams that are n the hunt for Cal Graduate Transfer, Avery Sebastian. The DB (S) is also considering Oregon, Penn State and Georgia Tech.
-Traci Carter is still on the radar of UL Basketball. I had high hopes of landing this kid but they have lowered as of late.
