A wide receiver named Devante is coming to Louisville. Sounds good.
Bobby Petrino just landed a commitment from talented wide receiver Devante Peete from Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Peete ultiamtely chose the Cards over Florida State, but had offers from all over the country. Some of those offers include: Alabama, Auburn, Ohio State, LSU, Clemson, Miami, Florida, and more.
Peete is a 4-star prospect on ESPN and Rivals and is a 3-star on 247 Sports. He is 6’5 and 200 lbs.
There is talk that his grades could potentially hinder him from qualifying right away for the Cards. So he could very well take the JUCO route on his way to Louisville. We will just have to wait and see on that.
