Louisville’s Terry Rozier and Montrezl Harrell were named to the All-ACC Second Team by the league’s coaches on Monday. Harrell may have gotten the shaft on that, but the first team isn’t really bad. Still pretty solid to get two guys on the second team in this basketball conference.
