Former Louisville Cardinal Eric Wood has started every game in the last two seasons for the Buffalo Bills and has 79 starts overall. Just like when he was at Louisville, he is the leader of the offensive line. The Bills have a new coach this season, Rex Ryan, and Greg Roman is the new offensive coordinator.

In this video, Wood talks about how he is enjoying learning the new offense. He also talks about how challenging it is to face a Rex Ryan defense everyday because of how complex it is.

On rookie and fellow former Cardinal John Miller, Wood said “I think John’s doing a great job for us. The best thing he’s doing is just getting better each day, working, doing exactly what he’s coached. He plays hard and it’s easy to work with a guy like that playing next to him. I know the coaches are happy with that too.”

Wood has always been one of the most well-spoken athletes around, so it is always a pleasure to listen to his interviews. He certainly has made the University of Louisville fans proud.
