It was a nice night for former Cardinals in the NBA Summer League on Sunday, and a former Notre Dame player continued the tradition of getting dunked on by a Louisville player. Montrezl Harrell made his summer league debut, Terry Rozier led the Celtics in scoring, and Wayne Blackshear made the most of his minutes last night. Here is how they did…

Terry Rozier – Boston Celtics

I have learned that whenever Marcus Smart doesn’t play, the chances of Terry Rozier having a big game go up by a lot. There are more shots available. Rozier led all scorers in the game with 22 points as the Celtics beat the 76ers. He also had 5 assists and 2 rebounds. He was 4-9 from the field, 2-3 from three, and 12-13 from the free throw line.

Montrezl Harrell – Houston Rockets

He looked a little bigger, and his hair looked a little wilder, but Montrezl Harrell had a solid debut for the Rockets. He finished with 11 points and led the team with 8 rebounds. He was 4-9 from the field and 3-6 from the foul line. He also had a put-back slam over Luke Harangody. Enjoy!

Wayne Blackshear- San Antonio Spurs

Wayne played less than 9 minutes last night, but he still scored 7 points, grabbed 2 rebounds, and had 2 steals. He was only 1-5 from the field but got to the free throw line four times and made all four. He made his only three point attempt as well. He didn’t get much time, but he did what he could with it.
